I came across this site called Prosper today. It’s a very interesting concept – they call themselves an “online marketplace for people-to-people lending”. It connects individual borrowers with interested lenders and lets them determine their own interest rate.
Planning on starting a business? Don’t forget to manage your cash flow properly. This is mostly common sense, but given how many companies seem to underestimate their burn rate, it’s a worthwhile read.
