Woohoo, I finally upgraded my WordPress installation! This wasn’t exactly rocket science, but it wasn’t trivial either. At least I don’t think my grandma could have done it :)
After running some SQL database commands to batch delete all spam comments (what a pain), I went through WordPress’ upgrade process. Of course, only after backing [...]
… I will actually get around to cleaning up my blog, installing the latest version of WordPress, deleting all the spam comments, installing a new and effective Captcha, etc.
And once that is done, I’ll start blogging again :)
