So a few weeks into the life of Microsoft’s Zune, reactions like this one seem to be the rule rather than the exception. Which doesn’t really come as a surprise – Microsoft just doesn’t seem to get the concept of “user friendly”. Before its launch, I was briefly toying with the idea of getting a Zune to replace my antique 4th generation iPod (which I bought at the end of 2003 – an eternity ago in consumer electronics…).
I’m so glad I didn’t waste money on it.
