City of Light

So I’m still traveling. Feels like I haven’t been home in ages. After meetings in Vienna, Duesseldorf, and Eindhoven, I’ve found myself in Paris for the last few days. Nothing like a late night cab ride along the river Seine in the “city of light” – pure beauty. Of course, riding the infamous Metro (a.k.a. the subway) during the day is never fun. It’s not so much the miles of maze-like underground catacombs you have to navigate, but the unbelievable masses of people trying to squeeze into the train cars. Anyways, I’m enjoying the great food, wines, culture, and the aura of sophistication that permeates this city. Here are some random snapshots:
