OK, so I guess the time has finally come for me to get a new car. I have to say, I hate the whole car shopping experience. As soon as you walk into any dealership, your friendly sales person walks up to you and won’t stop bugging you. All I want to do right now is to take a look at different dealers’ lots to get an idea of what they have to offer. So I give them my politest “Thanks, I’m just looking around at this point”, but of course that doesn’t stop them. They bombard you with questions and simply won’t leave you alone. I guess I can’t blame them for trying hard to sell me on their fabulous shiny cars, it’s their job right. But hey, if I tell you twice that I’ll let you know when I need your help, just friggin’ leave me alone. You’re not making me any more likely to buy a car by being obnoxiously persistent.
OK, I think I’ve ranted enough for tonight :)
Anyways, right now the most difficult part about the whole experience is really making up my mind what car I want. With gas prices being what they are today, I think I’m going with something small-ish and fuel efficient. How about the Mazda 6?
